Step 1: Carbon Filtration – removes particle matter down to 20 microns.

Step 2/3: Maxi-Cure – an activated carbon filter that removes chlorine, chlorinates, solvents, lead, insecticides, gasses, and other harmful contaminants. Works as a water softener without the use of salt by drawing hard particles together and crystallizing them. Includes an automatic back washing system.

Step 4: 5 Micron Pre-Filter: Removes particles, sediment, and algae up to 5 microns.

Step 5: R.O Pump – high pressure, stainless steel pump to boost water pressure to 200 lbs. for maximum membrane efficiency.

Step 6: Reverse Osmosis Membrane – water is forced through a semi permeable, 0.006 micron membrane, allowing only pure water molecules to pass.

Step 7: Storage – the water is stored in FDA approved tanks.

Step 8: Ozone treatment – (O3) Is added to the water storage tanks to prevent future bacterial growth.

Step 9: Re-pressurized Pump – a 20 G.P.M computerized pressure pump assures constant water supply from storage tanks to post carbon filter, ultraviolet sterilizer, and faucets.

Step 10: Re-pressurized tank – this 20 gallon Re-pressurized tank assures constant water to the high pressure pump, allowing uninterrupted operation, and a low TDS reading.

Step 11: Post-Carbon Filter – water travels through a 1 cubic foot Post Carbon filter with automatic backwash, polishing it for an exceptionally smooth taste.

Step 12: Ultraviolet Sterilizer – 30 G.P.M stainless steel sterilizer eliminates up to 99.9% of all types of bacteria.
